SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders placed Monday-Friday will ship the day of if placed by 2 P.M. CST, or the next business day if placed after 2 P.M. CST. If there are back ordered parts the order will be shipped and the back order parts will be shipped when they are back in stock. Orders placed later Friday afternoon will be shipped Monday.

*All Liquids must be shipped by UPS Ground and we reserve the right to change the shipping method if an alternative shipping method is chosen at checkout.

*UPS Ground is generally 2-3 day shipping, except when shipping to the west coast (CA, AZ, NV, WA etc) it can be up to 7 Days.

*USPS Priority mail is generally 2-3 day shipping and can be delivered on Saturday.

*UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select Shipping (M-F Delivery): Day of shipping does not count for a shipping day, only business days. Orders placed in the evening will ship the next day. EXAMPLE: Next Day Air orders placed 6 P.M. Monday will ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders placed Tuesday night will be shipped Wednesday and arrive Friday. UPS 3Day Select orders placed Monday evening will be shipped Tuesday and arrive Friday.

*Any packages eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped by the most economical shipping method.

*Please be conscious of possible weather delays during winter and of delays due to holidays. Packages may take an extra few days when placed around Thanksgiving and Christmas.

*Once an order leaves our store we do not have control over the length of time the package is in transit. If your package is delayed or you think there may have been a problem please contact us alteredspeedrc@gmail.com


Note: Keep in mind that while we may process your order, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept any New and Unused product for Refund or Store Credit within 30 days from purchase. In very rare circumstances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on returned merchandise that requires an exceptional amount of labor to process. Original shipping cost will not be refunded, but due to our $100 free shipping policy most items ship for free to begin with.
We also understand that life happens. In the case where you are not within the 30-Day time frame, please give us the opportunity to provide a solution specifically for you.

Defective Merchandise Return Policy

If you receive an item that is defective please contact Customer Service immediately by phone, email, or Live Chat. Most Manufacturers allow us to process Warranties in-house. In some situations, the manufacturer or supplier may prefer to handle the issue directly. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is found to be free of defects.

  • Altered Speed RC Procucts services domestic customers.

  • Do not accept returns of products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries or other hazardous materials.

  • All items should be packed to assure no damage is incurred during shipping. Altered Speed RC Products is not responsible for damage incurred during the shipping process, nor for packages shipped to, but not received by Altered Speed RC Products (lost in transit). Please insure packages and avoid shipping methods of carriers that do not provide tracking.

  • Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.

  • Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Altered Speed RC Products.

  • Collateral damage is NOT covered by manufacturer's warranty.

  • When applicable, the customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with the service and shipment of product

Damaged Package Claims

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. Altered speed RC Products may also require that photos be taken of damaged packages and or parts for inspection purposes. Photos of damaged goods will help us expedite the process and provide a better resolution.
